Researching and developing new processes and optimization of current standard operating procedures, work instructions for different work centers or machines;
Conceptualizing and designing of jigs, fixtures and assembly fixtures in CAD environment and packaging concepts;
Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement implementing 5S and lean manufacturing techniques. Defining OKR's and DMAIC for each process operations and step;
This position is critical for taking ownership in production planning, material incoming, work order creation and Manufacturing Execution System (MES);
Liaison and ability to manage projects involving multiple departments internally with engineers and externally with suppliers;
Developing detailed layouts for equipment, work centers, production hall, and calculation of throughput analysis with processes, and workflow.

Successful engineering degree in industrial, production, mechanical or similar technical fields;
Experience using CAD and related PLM software. CAM knowledge is an added advantage;
Exposure to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP ERP know-how would be an additional asset;
Ability to grasp loads of new information and bringing them into action items by prioritizing and thinking out of the box;
High level of motivation, self-initiative, and adaptability to working in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Previous fulltime or internship experience as mechanical engineer or manufacturing engineer is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. German language knowledge is a plus.
