Reporting to the Director, Design & Engineering, the Systems Engineer role involves accountability for designing, defining, and implementing system requirements for complex customer systems/products and/or preparing studies and researching existing systems prior to the transition to manufacturing for new product introduction.

What a typical day looks like:

• Defining system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility;
• Coordinating design of subsystems and integration of total system;
• Identifying , exploring, and resolvings program deficiencies;
• Tracking customer/project issues and driving resolution;
• Developing and maintaining project schedule;
• Developing product specifications where applicable;
• Developing and/or approving test plans and test reports;
• Developing engineering release documentation.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field;
• Experience in a similar role;
• Work experience with power products is a plus;
• Knowledge of financial management relating to systems integration;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
