You will be responsible to:
- Utilize advanced knowledge of the discipline to analyze and develop new perspectives on existing solutions;
- Oversee ad-hoc functional or project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project completion;
- Guarantee that cGMP and HSE requirements are incorporated in the early design phases and throughout the project;
- Contribute to the design review phase to ensure technical and regulatory compliance;
- Manage the construction, assembly, commissioning, and qualification of complex engineering projects;
- Plan and balance resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and quality delivery;
- Report and escalate deviations, manage risks, and solve roadblocks to maintain project goals;
- Ensure contractors receive adequate documentation and training, and perform change control assessments;
- Lead and coordinate commissioning and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with standards;
- Develop reliable solutions for deviations, support end-user training, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
- University degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or similar scientific field;
- Extensive experience in installation management or equipment qualification, preferably with a focus in chemical plants or Pharmaceutical industry;
- Training and experience of GMP and HSE practices (mandatory);
- Advanced knowledge of equipment (Mechanical, E&I), of Quality, cGxPs, ICH, ISPE and ISO guidelines as well as experience on their application;
- Fluency in written and verbal English;
- Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to make quality and timely decisions based on multiple sources of data.
