Your Core Activities

• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and training focused;
• Monitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality standards;
• Interacts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level;
• People management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation;
• HSE: Supervises and monitors the correct observance of safety rules (in charge) and implements corrective actions.

What We Are Looking For

• Engineering Master’s degree;
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in roles such as Shift/Production Supervisor, Process/Industrial/Planning Engineer;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods;
• Communication and Leadership.
