Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the construction of a new testing set-up stand for inverter testing
- Support testing of power electronics components (DC/DC, OBC)
- Manage and organize the tests samples
- Understand the correct test configuration and instrumentation.
- Understand and apply the test procedure.
- Support test at vehicle level for high power charging
- Understand the high-power charging strategies from power electronics perspective
Qualifications
Profile
- Background in inverter control: FOC and DTC
- Passion for power electronics and energy conversion applications (DC/DC, OBC & inverters).
- Background with CAN communication and tools: VECTOR, CANoe, INCA
- Simulation skills using Matlab/Simulink.
- Analytic and repair skills - problem solver.
- Passion for automotive field, electric vehicles, technical curiosity (EV/HEVs, vehicle architecture, semiconductor new technology trends).
- Recognizable empathy, with team spirit, proactive attitude and with high level of assertiveness.
- Committed, goal driven, with successful result orientation and with strong service orientation.
- Open to work in a very international company with multicultural team.
Education
- Degree in electrical, electronics or industrial engineering, robotics, automation or similar.
