Responsibilities

Make an impact

• Lead the team of approximately 10 test engineers located in Sweden, Germany and Austria
• Coordinate product testing, defining procedures to ensure product quality and compliance
• Independently conduct various tests, document results, and integrate insights into development
• Manage timelines, costs, and resources for testing, maintaining quality across test areas
• Prepare test areas for training and provide expertise in FEM simulations to support projects company-wide
• Document all simulation services, including reporting, cost analysis and improvement recommendations

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience as a senior engineer, with knowledge of project management
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or related field, with a focus on product development or production
• Experienced with R&D processes and project management
• Knowledgeable across multiple disciplines, including mechanics, electronics and software
• Fluency in English, German is preferable
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%) to our Swisslog test centers in Sweden, Germany and Austria
