Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and support preparation and performance activities for full vehicle Passive Safety tests;
• Analyse the vehicle (vehicle structure) and the dummies (biomechanical) signals registered and the state of the vehicle after the test;
• Write the test reports;
• Involvement in development projects with global automotive manufacturers;
• Communication with client throughout the development projects;
• Work alongside other technical departments.

Qualifications

Profile:

• Experience in the Automotive Industry will be an asset;
• Good communication skills and strong relationship building skills;
• Empathic, proactive, with team spirit and high level of assertiveness;
• Confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels;
• Flexible, resourceful and able to multi-task while establishing priorities and providing solutions;
• Committed, goal driven, with successful result orientation and strong service orientation;
• Open to work in a very international company with a multicultural team.

Education:

• Engineering degree (desirable Mechanical or Electronics).

Languages:

• A medium to high level of English is mandatory;
• Any additional language will be positively valued such German or Chinese.
