Right now, our plant in Epila is looking for a Process Engineer to help our Assembly area to reach its highest level.

This position involves close collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers from all over the world, so if you are motivated and have automotive experience, this could be the position for you!

Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer, your main task is to improve the manufacturing process to achieve optimal efficiency, minimize delivery time and achieve zero defects by ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements for new projects.

Document, study and analyze the production process and implement improvements that bring efficiency to the processes.
Work with the project team to complete the project implementation successfully.
Training and technical support for operators, assistants and team leaders in the operation and use of machinery, equipment or lines to ensure product delivery with quality and time standards.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you must have:

Bsc in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in the automotive sector in production departments, processes, or development of metal and plastic products.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC's, robotics...
It is desirable that you have experience in assembly, forming, leak testing and/or detection by artificial vision cameras.
Medium/High level of English.
Advanced Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of CAD (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR, …).
Knowledge of automotive standards IATF16949, PDCA/A3.
SAP experience desirable.
