Be a team member in one or several projects.
Responsible for feasibility studies on the new projects or serial changes.
Support to project team and production in terms analyze for changes and of CAD part and component design on regional and global level.
Intensively cooperate with different departments (like purchasing supplier quality, plant, etc.);
Responsible to create part and product drawings, incl. dimensions and tolerances.
Responsible to create and modify CAD models (CATIA V5).
Perform tolerance definition and tolerance stack up study.
Create and maintain technical documents in PLM.
Create and update BOM in line with ALV Master BOM.
Create and update PBC and Product indicator.
Technical support in TFC discussion with suppliers, PU and SQ.
Precise, systematic and on schedule task execution in the context of above-described challenges and tasks.
Task fulfillment acc. to all relevant released standards (ALV master drw, DGD, ALV standards etc.).

University Degree preferable in one of the following domains: Mechatronics/Product Design/Robotics/Electronics/Automation.
Min. 2 year experience in similar position.
Good CATIA skills (2D and 3D).
Basic knowledge of at least one area: components materials/manufacturing processes/electronics working principles.
Technical knowledge- geometrical dimensioning, tolerance knowledge, tolerance stack-up, functional analysis, CAD Tools, FMEA, DFM/ DFA knowledge.
