Main tasks

• Initiate and lead Cost saving projects;
• Deviation management analysis and Standard time adjustments analysis;
• Cost-saving analysis, calculation of cost-saving projects, cost-saving database preparation;
• Production layout changes and administration of current layout;
• Product line balancing and product efficient allocation on machines;
• Align PTG Individual CSP improvement projects with the annual internal strategy.

Your profile

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
• Professional Experience in a similar position (at least 3 years);
• Cross-functional experiences in different functional areas. (from Operations - Production/Manufacturing);
• Project and/or Process Experience;
• The ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
• English Advanced is mandatory - German (nice to have);
• Communication and training skills;
• Good abilities in MS Office pack and SAP;
• A good understanding of the business approach, finance and, environment.
