About the position:

Reporting to the Program Directorate and under the supervision of the Program Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating complex projects. Your mission will be to oversee project development from conception to completion, ensuring their success in terms of deadlines, budget, and quality.

You will work closely with technical teams and clients to ensure the successful execution of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases, from the design stage to final delivery;
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals from various specialties (engineering, R&D, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution;
• Client Relations: Interact with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle;
• Financial Monitoring: Control project budgets and ensure compliance with cost and time constraints;
• Continuous Innovation: Propose innovative and practical solutions to address technical and operational challenges;
• Risk and Quality Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to the high-quality standards of the space industry.

Profile required:

Holding a degree from an engineering school or a master’s in project management (equivalent to a Bac+5), you have at least five years of professional experience, ideally in the space industry or a high-tech sector. You are comfortable leading a team, tracking performance, and making decisions. A strong command of English, both spoken and written, is essential for working in an international environment. Finally, you demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and great adaptability.
