Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a large international team. The role combines project management and development responsibilities with higher level view and global product development and collaboration with Production support, product development, R&D and Operations as well as managing external stakeholders: co-operating companies, sub- contractors and suppliers and customers of the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational and decision-making skills, reasonable judgement and risk management experience.

What you will do

Responsible for the successful execution of the projects and all related activities as follows:

• Develops overall project plans, goals, and scope of works, budget, necessary documents, and milestones;
• Defines the necessary project resources (labor, materials, equipment, etc.) together with the Head of departments;
• Manages and synchronize the goals, milestones and resources of the different projects with their managers and Head of departments;
• Assigns tasks to the Head of departments in relation to the managed projects and supervises their execution;
• Controls the projects realization: keeping milestones, use of resources, project costs. Keeps track of the actual project expenses and completion forecast monthly;
• Organizes design reviews corresponding to the projects' milestones;
• Reports and updates the details of progress on a regular basis;
• Responsible for the projects' risks assessment. Anticipates possible delays, develops and implements risk mitigation plans;
• Acts as contact point regarding the international co-ordination of the project (if any).

Requirements

Have a working knowledge of:

• Contemporary project management methods and support tools, such as computer programs for management of engineering projects;
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in appropriate specialty such as the field of telecommunications;
• Minimum 5-years' experience in engineering of radio devices and/or systems;
• Knowledge of English language to a degree permitting correspondence, participation in meetings and work with technical documentation.
