WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Development in the area of overall system protection
• Responsibility for the project-specific requirements analysis for protection
• Creation of subsystem specifications
• Evaluating different requirements and approaches
• Specification and communication of development needs in the interdisciplinary protection team
• Point of contact in the project for relevant partners
• Analyzing and reporting complex technical data both internally and externally
• Providing technical input at system level to determine optimal design solutions

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Academic degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on design/system integration or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in engineering/requirements management
• Experience in the defense industry and military vehicle construction is desirable
• Knowledge in the areas of mine and ballistic protection, active protection, signature management and CBRN is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Confident appearance and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel occasionally
