System Engineer - Defence

Your responsibilities
- You are in charge of the collection, the analysis and the negotiation of customer/stakeholder requirements, and you define development baseline to ensure proper understanding of expectations;
- You specify and maintain the control system and sub-system requirements and you document it in specifications;
- You define System Interface Requirements Specifications to clarify the boundary of the system of interest;
- You apply MBSE methods to ensure specification robustness;
- You perform concepts studies, setup functional prototypes, implement models and simulations to evaluate system design & architectures and you are accountable for S-FMEA (supported by Quality);
- You manage, record, and track change requests while analyzing the impact on the system, sub-system, and other functionalities;
- You ensure versioning & configuration management of the system requirements;
- You ensure active claim management and root causes analyses;
- You define system acceptance criteria and corresponding validation strategy;
- You are responsible for the creation of functional, performance, robustness, and vulnerability tests;
- You perform validation, resume test results, and analyze deviations.
Your profile
- You possess a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Control engineering or related domains;
- You bring a previous experience in Automotive or powertrain industry;
- You have experience with ASPICE SYS.x process & methods;
- You have knowledge in MBSE methodologies, processes, and tools;
- You are familiar with functional safety related development;
- You are familiar with automotive electronic HW and SW design and embedded system architecture;
- You are proficient in English;
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills as well as a proactive mindset.
