Your Core Activities

• Define the daily, weekly and monthly production plan of the Factory, in line with the targets of mix, quantities, timing, stock and costs;
• Ensure the proper planning and scheduling of machinery set-up operations and the availability of equipment/machinery and plant;
• May balance and optimize the available resources (manpower and equipment), in order to contribute to the requested deliveries;
• Support the production supervisors and shift managers during the work-shift;
• Manage and optimise needs as regards raw materials and semi-finished goods;
• Set and issue reports about the production Actuals compared with the assigned targets, in order to support the monitoring and full control of the production process.

What We Are Looking For

• Engineering Master’s degree;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles is required;
• Strong knowledge of planning basics and industrial engineering;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods is considered a plus;
• Communication and Leadership.
