Choose and size components of the heat pump refrigeration circuit and water circuit according to the technical criteria defined;
Carry out the tests required by the sector regulations on the products, even in existence: data collection, analysis and interpretation. Selection of appropriate test chambers for third party laboratories;
Optimize heat pump control parameters to maximize efficiency, according to components constraints and functional envelopes;
Compensate with the choice of alternative components any critical issues in the procurement process;
To evaluate and compare different project alternatives and to fully understand the possible implications of each design choice according to current and future Directives and Regulations in the field of Eco-compatible design;
Define the technical specifications of the product based on the indications of the R&D team leader and industry standards in the thermomechanical field;
In the development of new or existing products, propose innovative solutions in the area of expertise with the support of the work team;
Report in a structured way the activities of its competence, planning the workload and deadlines under the supervision of the R&D team leader;
Undertaking of business trips.

Degree in Energy Engineering or similar will be a preferential element;
Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise;
Having already gained experience in Technical Offices in companies in the HVAC sector and the knowledge of refrigerant circuit, thermodynamics, hydraulics and electronics is an element to be preferred;
Being an advanced user with Excel calculation sheets and Simulation tools;
Ability to adapt, flexibility, desire to learn and accept challenges, to take responsibility for one's role;
Understanding impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function;
English upper basic level.
