Your role: You will be responsible for testing and validating new radio systems, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Develop test strategies for new radio systems;
• Set up and maintain test equipment;
• Conduct automated and manual tests;
• Analyze test results and identify technical problems;
• Estimate the impact of problems on the system and customers;
• Work with development teams to propose and validate solutions;
• Write test reports in English;
• Validate pre-production and industrial processes;
• Provide technical support to the industrial team.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Skills:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or related field;
• Strong understanding of RF Transceiver architecture and testing methods;
• Experience with microwave test equipment (spectrum analyzers, synthesizers, thermal chambers, power supplies);
• 2+ years of experience in a validation team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Knowledge of modems is a plus;
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a strong work ethics.
