As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Arup, you will:

Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for complex projects across various sectors, including mission-critical, healthcare, commercial, industrial, and educational;
Develop innovative and sustainable electrical solutions, incorporating the latest technologies and industry best practices;
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing;
Coordinate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical design within the overall project;
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful project delivery.

Does this role inspire you?

We're looking for someone passionate about sustainable building design and innovative electrical engineering. We also value:

Degree in Electrical Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
5+ years of post-qualification design experience in a consultancy environment;
Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers;
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including Dutch codes (preferred);
Proficiency in industry-standard electrical design software (e.g., Revit, Dialux, Amtech);
Experience in science, industry and technology (SIT) projects.
