Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a Bucharest new product development design team responsible for analog, digital and mixed mode integrated circuits.

Responsibilities

Manage the team to ensure short term and long-term performance;
Help the division leaders to support strategic agenda by driving a team to focus on development of new products that satisfy customer demands for cost/performance and development schedule;
Work with onsemi development centers partners to adopt common metrics and best practices for tools and development methodologies;
Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team;
Protect all technical information (patents, publications …);
Provide inputs to technology organization to define technology roadmap;
Interface with the organization and customer to provide technical consulting when required.

Qualifications

Proven track of record of taking chips from definition to production;
Experience in analog and mixed mode design and verification techniques;
Experience in managing engineering teams;
Good problem-solving skills;
A proactive mindset with excellent moderation skills;
Fluent English;
10+ years of relevant experience in integrated circuits development and 5+ years of team management experience.
