Your Role:

• Create concepts for HV Interconnects products using 3D software considering HV phenomenon;
• Analyzing of manufacturability of self-designed plastic components;
• Create technical documentation like 2D drawings and tolerance stack up analysis for components which are parts of your concepts;
• Supervising and supporting of validation tests of the components that you developed;
• Supporting plants during production start and help fixing issues with existing products and propose their improvements;
• Help developing HV Interconnects BOD (Bill of Design);.

Your Background:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field with specialization in mechanics, mechatronics;
• Fluent skills in CAD software, e.g.: Siemens NX - preferred, Catia V5, Inventor, ProE;
• Very good Knowledge of GD&T rules (dimensioning and geometrical tolerances);
• Knowledge of electrical phenomena especially in terms of high voltage and high current;
• Very good skills & knowledge of plastic parts design;
• Good English skills (both spoken and written);
• Ability to work in team and to solve problems creatively and fast learning;
• Openness to challenges and development.

Additional advantage would be:

• Knowledge of EMC topics;
• Knowledge of metal parts design rules;
• Knowledge of another foreign languages (German or French is preferred);
• Background in automotive industry.
