Lead program execution and drive innovation in consumer electronics:

As the Director of Engineering Program Management, you’ll own the execution of Loop’s product and accessory roadmap, ensuring every launch meets the highest standards. You’ll lead and grow a team of technical program managers, guiding them in strategy, prioritization, and execution. Your ability to bridge engineering, design, and research teams will be key in streamlining workflows and driving alignment. You’ll also set up processes, tools, and KPIs to measure success, ensuring data informs every decision. With your technical depth in consumer electronics, you’ll make high-judgment calls that push Loop’s innovation forward.

Your other responsibilities:

• Mentor and scale a best-in-class Program Management team, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture;
• Define and optimize program management processes to enhance efficiency across teams;
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and product goals;
• Use data to evaluate program success and drive continuous improvement.

• 15+ years in program management, engineering, or a related field, with at least 8 years in a leadership role;
• Proven success in managing complex product development programs from concept to launch;
• Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions;
• Background in consumer electronics, with the ability to guide technical and design discussions;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
