Participate in strategic automation projects in different company sites;
Maintain and develop standards, procedures, and specifications for process automation in compliance with internal and external guidelines;
Manage new equipment recipes and operations development and upgrade across sites;
Define requirements, plan, and manage strategic automation process projects or changes to existing ones;
Define and update batch and recipe standards;
Design, test, and implement operations allowing the use of batch recipes;
Develop and review specifications, testing document templates, and internal and standard operating procedures (IOP, SOP);
Propose innovative solutions that minimize investment and maintenance costs while maximizing returns;
Collaborate with automation sites to support the exchange of proven practices and standards;
Follow HSE programs and participate in PHA, FMEA, and HAZOP.

Engineering Degree (preferably Chemical, Biological, or Automation Engineering with chemical manufacturing automation experience);
2-3 years of relevant experience with chemical processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector;
Professional experience in process control using solutions such as PID tuning, electronic batch recipes, process analytical technologies (PAT), and multi-variable advanced process control (APC);
Preferred experience in quality, HSE, and lean manufacturing management systems;
Proficient in computer skills (office software tools, preferably with computer programming knowledge: Sequential Flow Charts and Function Block diagrams, Visual Basic, Mathematical software packages);
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Strong project management, coordination, communication, and leadership skills;
Demonstrated team spirit, initiative, dynamism, and creativity;
Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
