Senior Project Engineer - Plant & Module Solutions

The role will be focusing on plant solution projects, both stick built and modularized for the Oil & Gas or Energy industry.

Leading of all the engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as technical point of contact for the customer and technical leader for the project;
Engineering partners coordination for any technical aspect of the project, including machinery team and construction partner;
Coordinating between global engineering teams and manufacturing/partners sites to technically support a flawless execution of all the activities needed;
Coordinating with functional managers in setting realistic and stretching operational goals within the project, contributing to their accomplishment;
Identifying and mitigating technical risks;
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications;
Participating in proposal development and bid preparation for new projects;
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and reduce costs.

Have a background in Engineering;
Have extensive experience (5+ years) in technical roles and Engineering Management (from EPC companies preferred);
Demonstrate project management skills, including the ability to manage project schedules and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders;
Have experience with complex projects and exposure to customers;
Have good knowledge of rotating equipment and plant solutions;
Have great oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
