Manage Full Turn Key (FTK) projects with full responsibility for budget, planning, and all deliverables
Oversee the definition of test solutions, packaging strategies, and yield optimization in close collaboration with test and assembly engineers
Lead the characterization, qualification, ramp-up, and safe launch of New Product Introductions (NPI)
Collect, analyze, and distribute technical inputs from customer requirements related to ASIC qualification using MIL standards
Ensure project execution within scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate overall project activities and release products into production

Technical background in one or more key fields (digital, mixed signal, and RF/analog circuits)
Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial or advanced development experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
PMI knowledge (mandatory)
Passion for innovation in industrial and healthcare applications
Strong sense of ownership and drive for project realization
Excellent communication skills in English
Technical knowledge of NPI, ASIC test development, and qualification
Experience in managing budgets and timelines for complex technical projects
Ability to coordinate between various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and management
