Senior Analog IC Designer

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and simulating circuits at the transistor level from individual blocks to the overall hierarchical level.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor device operation and their reliability limits.
- Use and create models for chip-level simulations to improve simulation capabilities in DMS and AMS environment.
- Good knowledge of A/D partitioning principles and techniques.
- Overseeing analog layout and chip layout in general.
- Participating in chip floor planning and packaging design.
- Actively participate in team discussions during the definition of the chip architecture.
- Writing technical documentation.
- Conducting lab evaluations, product validation.
- Actively contributes and/or lead the debug of the product to the design of the fix.
- Supporting the development of production tests to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements for this role includes:
- A strong understanding of the electronics concepts and the ability to apply them to solve design challenges.
- Familiarity with the operation of analog circuits and basic knowledge of digital design.
- Past 3-4 yrs experience in Analog circuit block design such as Bandgap, LDOs, Biasing structure, trimming, opamps, charge pump, feedback loop compensation techniques, and other common basic blocks. Some power-IC design experience is widely positive considered.
- The ability to work collaboratively in team with analog, digital, and verification designers, as well as other roles in the development process.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Willingness to listen, learn, and actively participate in team activities.
- Good organizational skills and the strong attitude to meet project deadlines.
- A strong motivation for professional growth.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in electronic engineering or a related field like physics electronics.
- Large experience in using Cadence platform tool for semiconductor design.
