Designing and simulating circuits at the transistor level from individual blocks to the overall hierarchical level.
Good knowledge of semiconductor device operation and their reliability limits.
Use and create models for chip-level simulations to improve simulation capabilities in DMS and AMS environment.
Good knowledge of A/D partitioning principles and techniques.
Overseeing analog layout and chip layout in general.
Participating in chip floor planning and packaging design.
Actively participate in team discussions during the definition of the chip architecture.
Writing technical documentation.
Conducting lab evaluations, product validation.
Actively contributes and/or lead the debug of the product to the design of the fix.
Supporting the development of production tests to ensure successful product delivery.

A strong understanding of the electronics concepts and the ability to apply them to solve design challenges.
Familiarity with the operation of analog circuits and basic knowledge of digital design.
Past 3-4 yrs experience in Analog circuit block design such as Bandgap, LDOs, Biasing structure, trimming, opamps, charge pump, feedback loop compensation techniques, and other common basic blocks. Some power-IC design experience is widely positive considered.
The ability to work collaboratively in team with analog, digital, and verification designers, as well as other roles in the development process.
Problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Willingness to listen, learn, and actively participate in team activities.
Good organizational skills and the strong attitude to meet project deadlines.
A strong motivation for professional growth.

Master's degree in electronic engineering or a related field like physics electronics.
Large experience in using Cadence platform tool for semiconductor design.
