POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Thermal Management plays a crucial role in the design of our machines and the LPBF process in general. Tackle this challenge together with highly skilled experts from around the globe and
- Design, conduct and analyze experiments on our latest machine generation
- Develop, build and operate test rigs for thermal management
- Deep dive into topics to create long lasting, reliable solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation
- Interact with colleagues across the organization to efficiently solve your challenges
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in thermodynamics with 3+ years experience
- Master's Degree or equivalent certification in the field of engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical) or Physics
- The principles of system engineering are known to you
- Ability to perform your own data analysis using state of the art software tools
- Hands on mentality; you are able to manage your projects from start to finish independently
- A background in Laser Powder Bed Fusion or similar Additive Manufacturing techniques is favorable
- Fluency in English
