About the role
As a member of the Powertrain team, reporting to the Head of Powertrain, you will technically interact and collaborate with the Lead of H2 Management System. Your primary mission will be to design and develop mechanical components of the hydrogen management system.
Valuable member of the team your role will be:
- 3D Design and Modeling: Create and modify detailed 3D models of components and assemblies of the hydrogen tank system and the thermal systems using CAD software.
- Technical Drawings: Produce accurate detail drawings and technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly. Be able to put in place 2D drawing from P&ID and explain.
- Component Management: Create and manage bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure the availability of necessary components. Be able to communicate in an efficient manner the work done and be able to justify the choices.
- Test Bench Design: Design and model test benches for the evaluation and validation of components and the system as a whole. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards in all design and development activities.
About you
- You are graduated with a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- You have a first experience in mechanical design with a specialization in CAD.
- You have P&ID Knowledge for Hydrogen tank system.
- You are proficient in CAD software as 3DExperience preferred, at least CATIA. You have knowledge of structural mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- You are autonomous, curious, and a good team player.
- You are able to challenge existing process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement.
- You have an experience in a multi-cultural environment and understand international diversity.
