What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?

  • Lab-based work to optimize current processes and identify most suitable materials for future generations of our product;
  • Characterize intermediate and ultimate phases (e.g. rheology, particle size, surface area, etc.) of slurry/ink;
  • Data collection and analysis to support process optimization and decision making;
  • Carry out possible RCA investigations related to the current and new coating process;
  • Collaborate with the industrial engineering team to optimize the new coating process and provide support when taking it into production (e.g. PFMEA);
  • Provide support and technical assistance in the specification, procurement and qualification of equipment and materials needed for new coating lines and processes.

What do you need to help make our goals a reality?

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it;
  • At least Master’s degree in chemistry/materials engineering/material science or other relevant field;
  • Hands on experience in chemical formulation development and scale-up of formulation of inks/slurry processes for electrode manufacturing, including knowledge of mixing, ink dispersion, coating, drying processes (min 5 years);
  • Experience in physical materials characterization techniques (for ex rheology, SEM, BET, PSA, XRF etc…);
  • Experience in industrialized coating processes (slot die, roll to roll, etc...);
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Full professional proficiency in English;
  • Data analysis and statistical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills.
