Your mission

As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will play a key role in the intelligent R&D firmware team. You work closely with the team and your responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements from product management and defining the project scope;
• Actively participating in R&D meetings to discuss project progress and challenges;
• Implementing best practices in firmware development, including branching strategies, maintaining code quality, and using continuous integration;
• Leading decisions on code architecture to ensure optimal performance and reusability;
• Integrate external stakeholder feedback and requirements into the development roadmap;
• Offering technical expertise and process guidance to the team;
• Assisting and mentoring team members in their tasks and report to team lead.

Your experience

• Master’s degree in engineering (Electronics or relevant);
• At least 5 years of experience in firmware design and development;
• Proficiency in C and C++ (including C++17) for embedded systems development;
• Strong working knowledge of Linux environments;
• Good understanding of electronics and embedded systems architecture;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
