We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Industrial Engineer.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

Preparation of concepts and assumptions for new production processes in cooperation with the project team;
Supporting the development of new products;
Implementation of new production processes and their preparation for the start of serial production;
Preparation of technical specifications for new machines;
Cooperation with machine suppliers;
Development and implementation of work standards for new production lines;
Preparation and implementation of solutions to improve the production process;
Preparation and supervision of process documentation during the start-up phase of serial production;
Preparation and care of technical equipment for production lines;
Cooperation with other departments;
Performing work in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001.

and if you have/are:

Higher technical education;
Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely with your colleagues;
Knowledge of assembly processes;
Knowledge of FMEA methodology. Knowledge of the IQRM program is welcome;
Ability to read technical drawings;
Basic knowledge of industrial sensors, pneumatics and mechanics;
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;
Experience in a similar position (automotive industry) will be an additional advantage;
Personal qualities such as analytical thinking skills, initiative, creativity, independence and the ability to learn quickly;
Ability to work in a team;
Readiness for business trips.
