Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime;
Perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve breakdowns and malfunctions promptly;
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history records;
Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence;
Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage;
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in plant maintenance;
Supervise contractors, and engineering and technical staff;
Create maintenance procedures;
Manage stocks of supplies and equipment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems;
Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repair;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex equipment issues;
Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices;
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints;
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision;
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols;
SAP knowledge is preferred.
