As Senior Process Engineer you will join our Department/Function PLID, in the business line Asset Based Services (No Drilling), conducting the following activities:

Mission:

• Elaborate, define, size and validate - within a process team - the various items, units and technical deliverables to be implemented in the Project. Work under the supervision of the Process Lead, or acting as Process Lead.

Tasks:

• Develop Heat and Material Balances using simulation software
• Develop Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstocks into on-specification products, in the most economical manner
• Define and size Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issue relevant Process Data sheets
• Elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P and IDs)
• Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems, in steady state and transient operation
• Define the utilities requirements and design the associated systems
• Define quantities and characteristics of effluents to be disposed to the environment
• Ensure the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures
• Implement contractual design philosophy
• Check technical quality of calculations, sw simulations and deliverables produced by junior engineers
• Take part of the multidisciplinary project reviews such as P and IDs, HAZOP, 3D Model
  • When acting as Process Lead, coordinate Process Team in order to meet time and quality Project requirements
  • When acting as Process Lead, ensure efficient interface and coordination with Client, Vendor and other Project Discipline Leads
• Abroad availability for mission or long assignment requested

QUALIFICATION:

• Chemical Engineering Master Degree

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:

• minimum required level B1.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• minimum required 5-8

IT SKILLS:

• Microsoft Office, Aspen Hysys, Bluebeam, Pipenet (nice to have), Naviswork (nice to have)

SOFT SKILLS:

• Problem solving, communication, teamworking, decision making

NICE TO HAVE:

• previous experience in Offshore (fixed facilities or FPSO) EPC projects
