Your future job
As an Analog Design Engineer (X-Fab group), you will develop and design analog, mixed-signal, and NVM-specific circuit blocks.
More specifically you will:
- Develop and design analog, mixed-signal, and NVM-specific circuit blocks
- Develop analog circuit blocks in various technology levels down to 110nm
- Be responsible for verification/qualification of the developed non-volatile memory IPs
- Ensure the documentation of the development results
- Support of memory test verification and failure analysis
Your profile
- Bachelor/Master in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent
- Knowledge in electronics development (design, simulation, testing) would be considered as an advantage
- Safe handling of MS Office, Linux development environment
- Enjoy working in a team in a multicultural work environment
- Interest in the development of modern semiconductor components with the highest quality standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of the English language
