Your future job

As a Project Manager at Melexis, you will play a crucial role in managing all activities for product development and innovation projects. Your work will be instrumental in achieving our technical, commercial, and quality targets in accordance with Melexis policies and methodologies. You will also be Melexis's interface with the customer.

More specifically, you will:

control and monitor the development of application-specific standard products (ASSPs) in the field of the Melexis inductive & magnetic position sensors portfolio for automotive and industrial applications;
be part of an interdisciplinary and international development team and a vibrant Melexis developer community of about ten sites all over the world;
steer technical discussions and decision-making in cooperation with technical leaders;
be responsible for the project schedule, resource planning and the control of the project budget (<10 Mio. €);
coordinate the main activities of your project team and act as an interface between the different domains necessary to achieve success in the product development.

Your profile

an engineering bachelor or master degree in electronics, microelectronics or a comparable field;
3-5 years of experience in managing projects involving different domains;
effective internal and external communication skills at various organizational levels;
technical background in the automotive, IC and/or sensor development;
strong risk mindset and ability to balance potential risks vs time and budget;
fluent communication skills in English.
