As an IC Project Manager at Melexis, you will manage all activities related to the development of innovative products to achieve the technical, commercial, and quality targets in-line with customer and market expectations, and internal methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of innovative current sensors from initiation till release to production and responsible for the on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery;
Act as the main interface between Melexis Business Unit Current Sensors and the end-customer to ensure activities are aligned and implemented effectively;
Align and coordinate with all stakeholders all activities to ensure the delivery of required products/services according to specifications;
Resource Management: Define the resources needed to execute your project and manage the allocated resources during project execution.

Your profile

Educational Background: Master's degree in engineering, with a focus on electronic or microelectronic fields;
Demonstrated experience in project management within a related environment, including risk management, scope management, budget management, and time management;
A robust technical background in automotive, IC, and/or sensor development, with experience in HW development under ISO 26262 considered a plus;
Demonstrating ability to make decisions quickly and effectively;
Proven track record of establishing trustly and effective relationships with all levels of multi-organizational, cross-disciplinary environment;
Self driven and capable to work autonomously;
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. an engineering master degree in an electronic or microelectronic field.
