Technical coordination of project teams in the area of new production line concepts, new processes, planning/reviewing of production flows or manufacturing lines for backend and test processes;
Creating and keeping the overview about industrialization status of production lines;
Adherence to financial budget and time schedule. Monitoring and reporting equipment maturity, process & production performance KPIs;
Independent realization of projects or their coordination for a holistic, sustainable process optimization during product launch;
Application of statistical methods and structured problem solving methods;
Collaboration with our worldwide competence network for know-how exchange.

Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or equivalent;
Several years professional experience in industrialization of series products as well as project management;
Expertise in the field of electronics production;
Spirit of innovation, creativity, proactive behavior and solution-oriented work style;
Structured way of working, analytical thinking, entrepreneurship;
Fluent business English written and spoken;
Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 25%);
Team spirit and ability to communicate in an international and multicultural environment.
