We need a creative individual who will help lead interconnect transmitters and products yield performance in mass production environment. In addition, your responsibilities will include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage, and capacity, and reduce production costs. What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining high-quality product deliveries to customers by data and failure analysis;
• Improving Product performance by solving multiple problems with ProcessMechanicalHardware and Thermal teams;
• Leading high-impact Task Forces and working Groups;
• Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield);
• Drive yield improvement, and fix the failure Pareto;
• Manage Failure Analysis of field and production failures;
• Collaborate with different teams (including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability).

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering or equivalent experience;
• At least 5+ years of relevant work experience;
• Expert problem-solving and prioritization ability;
• Strong statistics and data analysis background (JMP);
• Good understanding of circuits;
• Good software skills, especially in scripting languages;
• Fast learner;
• Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups;
• Multi-tasking capabilities.
