Manages international Solomon, Wood Mackenzie, CEFIC, and CONCAWE benchmarking studies;
Defines standardized workflows, regulations, and organizational interfaces for benchmarking studies;
Assures quality and schedule of benchmarking studies, manages site teams, and liaises with consultants;
Budgets costs for external benchmarking studies and allocates personnel and organizational resources;
Manages annual gap-closing programs and identifies potentials for profit improvement and cost savings;
Executes technical surveys and submits regular status and performance reports for benchmarking studies;
Calculates annual goals based on Solomon benchmarks for senior management and assess their achievement;
Consults strategy and marketing teams and senior management across OMV divisions and of OMV affiliates;
Represents OMV Refining in international committees, speaks at conferences, and maintains expert networks;
Develops technical and operational training concepts and gives training courses within OMV Refining.

You have a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or Process Engineering;
You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience;
Solid and broad experiences in process engineering design and refinery technologies;
Advanced skills in refinery economics and optimization;
Solid and broad experiences in best-practices, performance indicators and international benchmarking studies;
Advanced skills in management processes;
Fluent English skills.
