As our future Maintenance Operational Excellence Manager, You will drive and lead improvements in our field maintenance operations in order to achieve operational excellence, increase customer satisfaction, safety and quality. You will work together with operations managers in 6 countries of central and eastern Europe. You are the person we are looking for if you have a track record of successful change management and achieving performance improvement results in a challenging environment. You are a strong team player, able to work across cultures and organizational boundaries, and also find your way to influence in a matrix organization. Ideally, you contribute to KONE’s development with your Customer centric mindset, comprehensive knowledge about maintenance services, capabilities to execute projects and innovativeness to think outside the box.
