Field Sales Engineer

We are looking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Field Sales Engineer. As a member of the team you will be contacting our customers with the portfolio of our products. You are the right candidate for us if you are self-driven, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn and develop, reliable and goal-oriented, persistent and patient. You should also be flexible to travel within the country and region and be proactive and continuously oriented towards selling technical support to our customers.

Your responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits, meetings to customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services;
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific requirements;
Collaborate with internal team to develop and implement effective sales strategies;
Build stong relationships with customers, partners and sales channels;
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends;
Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools;
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

What we require:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues;
Results-oriented mindset with a track record to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar);
Understanding sales through different channels;
Minimum 1-2 years of experience on a similar position;
Good command of English;
Valid and clean B driving license.
