Reporting to the Director of the site in Krakow and to leaders in various product lines, this leadership position spearheads Leadership Effectiveness, Enhancing Competitive Intelligence, Operational Excellence, and Employee Experience within several businesses, enabling a world-class global planning and execution management operation systems across a vast portfolio of products with Systems, Software, Hardware, RF, & Mechanical content. You will partner with world class engineering and business leaders to implement product strategies, define technology roadmaps, develop program schedules and milestones, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the various product platforms, spearhead Employee Engagement, lead Project Execution and Product Line Operations;
  • Introduce productivity innovations, enabling optimum coordination within the global Product Lines as well as reaching to internal organizations and stakeholders;
  • Drive speed and affordability for all programs;
  • Ensure flawless launch and product ownership from technology to in-service support;
  • Resources & budget management;

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the aerospace/automotive industry, managing diverse global teams;
  • A bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field;
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position;
  • Strong business acumen, ability to make decisions, and to take responsibility for outcomes.
