Our Manufacturing department assembles, builds and delivers all our systems from the prototype stage onwards. It also supports the installation of completed systems at customer sites.
But each new generation of systems brings new manufacturing challenges, so sometimes Manufacturing's job of putting it all together includes taking the machine apart and rethinking it. Our colleagues need a thorough understanding of the parts that make up a system and the ability to identify potential bottlenecks.
Our factories are located all over the world, and our main TWINSCAN and EUV factories are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.

As a Technical Support Engineer for Factory and Install you will provide quality solutions for technical disturbances to secure delivery performance of our systems. Support the output versus planning end2end. First line hands-on trouble shoot support for volume production within Twinscan Factory and third line support for the install organization. Have a detailed knowledge and overview of the status of all current volume machines that are actually produced including related technologies. Plan analyses and solution of problems including consequences for Volume Production and field operation problems (recover sequence and/or PCS/Fishbone).
As Factory Production Engineer (PE) at ASML you will contribute to the 4 main PE drivers:decrease cycle time, decrease cost, increase efficiency, increase quality. You will design, maintain, and optimize production processes and adapt to changed output requirements. Develop and apply methods of measuring the performance of the production process. Support the Production in order to ensure product quality, short lead-times and 'short time to market'.
BSc/Msc in Applied Physics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar studies.
