Together with the team, you will work on the creation systems validation plans (DVP&Rs) to define required tests for e-powertrains on systems level and align them for global requirements;
Furthermore, you will create a comprehensive testing strategy for e-Powertrains, aligning component testing, systems testing and vehicle testing into one comprehensive and efficient test plan. In that role, you will link closely to component responsible persons for e-Powertrains as well as vehicle testing groups;
During the ramp-up phase of the organization, you will be actively involved in shaping the tasks and scope of the team.
Masters degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable experience;
You have knowledge in the definition of test plans, DVP&R, preferably in the context of a global engineering organization;
You have prior experience in electric mobility or are strongly motivated to work with electric powertrains.
You speak English fluently
You have excellent analytical skills and are able to handle complex information;
You thrive in a dynamic and volatile environment and bring with you a can-do attitude to make things happen;
You have the communication skills and intercultural experience to work in a multi-national team.
