As a Project Engineer Electromechanics and Automation

  • You will be part of the technical department automation, which is responsible for design and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems;
  • You will setup, execute and unroll projects that support our core business(es), mainly on our dredging vessels;
  • You will make specifications for new systems or system improvements;
  • You will work in close cooperation with our contractors to achieve the required functionality, from specification up to commissioning phase;
  • You will mainly be working from our office in Zwijndrecht but you will also travel to our vessels abroad.

As a Project Engineer Electromechanics and Automation

  • You have a master engineering degree and a strong affinity for mechanics;
  • You are fascinated by technics, and want to understand how things work;
  • You are an analytical thinker, able to comprehend, design and improve systems;
  • You have strong communication skills, necessary for project development with internal clients and contractors, as well for instruction of the crew on board.
