Manage, develop and support R&D activities for internal projects related to laboratory improvements and creation of new products/services.
Involvement in research projects with global automotive manufacturers.
Design, draft and execute project proposals related to Passive Safety. Usually in European consortiums constituted by different companies, universities and governmental entities to achieve objectives set by the European Commission.
Publication of project results in international conferences. Production and Presentation of papers World-wide. Collect and analyze test data.
Organize and manage the test plan for R&D Projects.
Encourage innovation activities amongst the Passive Safety Team.
Work alongside other technical departments.
Experience in the Automotive Industry will be an asset.
Experience in a Research and Development Projects will be an asset.

Engineering degree (desirable Mechanical or Automotive specialization) or equivalent experience in vehicle crash testing.
A medium to high level of English is mandatory.
