Manage New Product Development projects;
Create project plans with measurable objectives, an achievable schedule, minimized risks and budget to align with the business case;
Execute the project plans to achieve all deliverables and milestones on time;
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects complete on schedule and within budget parameters;
Resolve problems encountered during the project development by consulting technical experts and aligning resources to remove roadblocks;
Provide periodic status reports and presentations to senior management and project stakeholders;
Support the Product Engineering activities as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology;
Good English skills (reading, speaking, writing);
Good communication skills, being open and able to establish strong relationships with the stakeholders;
Pro-active attitude, resolve issues and keep the project on track;
Quick-learner, open to gain various knowledge and find new solutions;
Ambitious and easily adaptable person, willing to go the extra mile if required;
Multi-tasking skills, open to flexible activities’ approach;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Basic semiconductor technology knowledge is a plus;
Experience as Project Engineer or Project Manager is a plus.
