Missions

Your missions and responsibilities will be as follows:

Within the EPF team (Functional propulsion stages), your missions and responsibilities will be as follow:

  • Carry out thermal calculations for tanks and propellant lines in conjunction with the "Environments" department;
  • Determine tank/line thermal protection requirements and associated specifications;
  • Select materials and identify partners/suppliers;
  • Carry out thermal tests on the systems concerned;
  • Write definition and justification documents or technical notes for associated systems.

Profile

We are looking for collaborators who invest and adapt themselves quickly:

  • Graduate of an engineering school or a doctorate or Master's degree;
  • At least 3 years' experience in cryogenic fluid thermics (aerospace, LNG, liquid hydrogen, etc.);
  • Experience in cryogenic tanks thermics in the space sector would be appreciate;
  • Solid knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics required;
  • Proficiency in Python programming language;
  • Proficiency in any software (especially CFD) deemed necessary for the performance of your tasks;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
